Bandsaw upgraded table top?
So the bandsaw table is on sale again. I have an old Magna bandsaw and it is serving me well. I am wondering from you guys if it is really worth upgrading to the aluminum table over the cast iron. I am getting ready to build a circle cutting jig and would like to have an idea of the table I will have before building the jig.

I upgraded my '83 bandsaw. The fence makes it a more useful resawing machine and the 15" x 15" table size is competitive with many of the 14" bandsaws. The extension helps to support longer stock and a circle cutter is available, although I have never used mine.
I also added cool blocks and ball bearing back-up rollers which made the bandsaw run much quieter.
