Nick's Rust Prevention Recipe

Post by Ron309753 »

In Sawdust Session 14, Nick gives his rust prevention recipe as 1 part lanolin to 5 parts mineral spirits, but I haven't found a source for lanolin. Does anyone have a cheap source for lanolin or use some other rust prevention product?

Thanks,

Search for "liquid lanolin" on google shopping. Looks like beauty supply stores and vitamin/health store sell it.

I use BoeShield Rust Preventer.
