Dad's old 10ER...
Here a a couple of shots of my dad's old 10ER...is there a way to determine the year of this machine?
You might be able to date it by the serial number I can't read. But it would be pre 1954.
SS 500(09/1980), DC3300, jointer, bandsaw, belt sander, Strip Sander, drum sanders,molder, dado, biscuit joiner, universal lathe tool rest, Oneway talon chuck, router bits & chucks and a De Walt 735 planer,a #5,#6, block planes. ALL in a 100 square foot shop.

Your SN R67220 indicates in was built in San Francisco and was built somewhere around a 1952 / 1953. Here is a post by Nick that discusses this. That is a real nice unit. It has a speed changer which is a big plus.

Yes nice machine, Were did the Jig saw come from? Looks a lot like the ER jig saw but is table mounted with a pulley, Just wondering.

This saw was my Dad's and has been in just about than same spot for all of my 48 years. My dad passed away almost 4 years ago and the SS has been sitting in the basement since then. I have 3 brothers so there will have to be some discussion about you is going to get the equipment...I think that one of my brothers has already taken the sander...it is no longer in the basement.
The jig saw came from Sears...I never saw the jig saw in operation. The SS was well used over the years, but it was typically used as a table saw...I never saw the sander attached...I remember Dad using the drill press on several different occaisions.

I recognize that scrollsaw... I just sold one just like it recently. IIRC it was sold by Sears and had a name on it like Dunlop or similar.

I did not equip with Shopsmiths in spite of the setups but because of them.

here are a couple of closer shots of the jig saw...I did not take a close look at the opposite side of the jig saw for a name. One thing I remember about this and the belt sander...my Dad had mounted each of them on separate tables (the belt-sander was mounted on an old wood TV cabinet and the motor was mounted underneath)
