Looks like one from here as the tubes appear closer together than a Mark V. The $60 price is fair as that is about what I paid for mine. Use it for a sanding station until I figure out what else to do with it (restore?) and thanks to you guys that may be my next one

Both are the same, tube wise, but I the yoke (tie bar) on the the 10ER is different than the Mark V. Is that what you are asking?
But in looking at the photo again, I noticed that the legs are bolted onto the bench tubes, just as my Mark 2.....
