Since he is getting the message when trying to SEND a message, his answer will not be determined until someone receives one FROM him.

I sent him a PM with a link to Bill Mayo's ssug speed control modifications and with received verification turned on. NO response yet!

Thanks for the PM's guys. I have determined my problem is with Internet Explorer. I have been having trouble with it not loading correctly for some time now and have gone to Google Chrome as my primary search program. Now I have figured out that when Explorer is not working many other things such as the PM system do not work as well even though I am on Chrome. Any thought on this situation?  .

Mark, just out of curiosity, which version of MSIE were you using, 7 or 8? I haven't updated to 8 yet, too many incompatibilities from what I've heard. I've used Chrome before, it's nice, clean, quick, but... I use Google Toolbar in MSIE ALLOT, and I can't believe that Google didn't build that functionality INTO Chrome, or at least make a version of the toolbar that works with Chrome... Go figure. :(

Tom

I am using 8 and have had problems ever since I upgraded. Is there a way to go back to 7?

Interesting, we had problems all day yesterday downloading an update for business software one one computer but not others. About 2 PM today we discovered that Foxfire downloads it but not Explorer. Thus we have removed Explorer from use as our default browser. fjimp
