Trres have rights to sue

Let's at least be consistent about this. If trees and animals and rivers have legal standing and the right to sue for mistreatment, so do the flu virus, malaria, and E. coli. It looks to me like we're all guilty of mass murder for killing all these millions of innocent bugs every year--after all, they have as much right to live as we do, don't they?
