Question on Serial Number

This looks like a Model 500 with a "B" headstock and 510 table system. I thought the headstock design was changed in 1991. I was wondering if anyone can make sense of the listed serial number? I was going to contact the seller to ask about an ID plate on the belt housing but thought I would bring the question here first. Thanks, John McCrossen

Hi,

I have a headstock with date code from Feb. 13, 1991 that is still a "B". So the change happened in 1991 but all that is 1991 is not the newer headstock.
