New Yankee Workshop online

Post by nutball »

Found this on another forum:

http://www.newyankee.com/index.php

New Yankee Workshop, now out of production due to Norm's "retirement," has started an experiment placing old episodes online for viewing (and for sale on DVD). Episode #101 is now available with further Season 1 episodes planned each week for at least the rest of this month.

Of interest to the members of this forum, Norm uses an SS in vertical position as a drill press and a drum sander for the project.

I like the plane he used at the begining. I've see those on the Wainwright shop also. Where can I get one? They seem easier to use than breaking out the router to edge molding.

Wasn't that an SPT bandsaw that he used in this video also?
