In the event anyone ever needs to replace a cam on the retractable casters:

Picked up a 510 this weekend - was easy to see on close inspection why one side wouldn't go up and down. Not an easy piece to remove, not sure how it could have happened. The guy I bought it from had only had it a few months in his storage unit, couldn't shed any light on the subject.

I searched the website high and low for the individual parts of the caster set, finally had to call customer service - Jan gave the info above.

Looks like another order will be going in soon!
