I recently came by a magna jigsaw(green) and would like to use it with my markV. It has a pulley on a 1/2 inch shaft. How do I couple this to my mark five with it's 5/8 inch shaft? Is there an adapter somewhere so I can use it like my other shopsmith tools?
Thanks

Question About Magna Jigsaw

Assuming the jig saw is the kind with a bent pipe frame, first you remove the pulley. You will need a 1/2" drive hub. It has 5 v notches and a 1/2" hole to fit the jigsaw drive shaft. A 5/8 drive hub with 4 v's and white plastic connector complete the drive from your Mark V. You may also need eccentric mounting tubes to get the shafts to line up. I expect Bill Mayo can help.

make sure you pull maintenance on it first...
Read the manual, do the maint and check the oil resevoir.
