Bosch POF 50 Router
I have an old Bosch POF 50 router which I use when I want a lightweight router, but it has just died on me
I have checked the brushes and they seem OK so I think it may be the capacitor. Does anyone have a parts diagram for this machine, or any other ideas as to why it has failed. It is quite clean inside - no dust build up.

It has BOTH brushes AND a capacitor?????
OK! an arc supression capacitor! It is doubtful a faulty capacitor would prevent it from running at all!
