New to ER10 Speed Pulley settings

I'm sure this question has been answered a million time so in advanced sorry. But i came arcross a ER per plate ive restored it and am ready to test drive it. Im woundering (in genral) the starting place for each tool pulley wise? Table saw, lath, planer, router, drill press and disc sander. There are 3 pulleys on the head and 4 on the motor. And another question is how does the planer attach does anyone have a picture of how this mounts? And last it has a attachment of pulleys that will go between the motor and head what would be used for? So i'm a newbie to this so any help would be most helpful. Thank you all and can't wait to get started.

From your description it seems you have not only a 4E Jointer(the 4 th pulley on the motor) but also a speed changer(the 'attachment of pulleys that will go between the motor and head').

The unanswered question, is do you also have the 4E Headrest???

We need pix! Then one question at a time! There is a lot of territory to cover to answer ALL those questions.

I've attached a few documents for you.

There's a speed chart to answer your first question about pulley position for each task.

You have the Speed Changer attachment (which is one of the highly sought after attachments) so I've attached the manual for it.

I tried to attach the instructions for mounting the jointer, but the system won't let me. The document may be too large. Can you take a picture of the headrest? It's difficult to tell from the images you posted if you have the headrest designed to hold the jointer. This is another highly sought after accessory!

Yes what a help thank you. What part of the machine is the head rest? I am new to this so do not know the terms for each item.
