shop smith anniversary model

Post by Unregistered »

Does anyone know what a 1960-1963 anniversary edition shopsmith is worth? It is in like new condition with hardly any use since new. It's brown in color and comes with all the accesories and original manual. Thanks for any info.

No matter what shopsmith you have and are trying to sell is is often location location location...

As far as I've seen the fact it is a special model will not add or take away from the value... some people collect these machines but from the ones I know they like the older ones say a 1948 or 1952... I have not heard of yours being a sought after one but who knows.

I would check on ebay for a while and see what the value is there... and local newspapers or "lists". If you want an off hand guess I would think it might go for around $500 but that is really an off hand guess.

You might want to post this question at www.ssug.org as they have a couple of "seller" who visit often and even have a free place to list the item if you want try and sell it....
