more, band saw tires?

i orderd and recieved a new table insert a couple weeks ago. it really buffed up to a mirror. question is, i now need to get the tires, but the online parts catalog doesn't show them being available......? do i just need to call and order them over the phone?? i have the part number in the manual.....
