And the result?

I did finally get down to the wood shop (it finally quit raining).
Looking at the left end of the "Push-me, pull-me" drill press just to keep my head lined up. It looks to me that the lowest likely table setting on a new Mark VII would probably fall around 43 or 44 inches from the floor if sat up as a shaper. Fairly rough guesstimate...
I pulled one of the old Mark VII's out of the mess and slid the headstock all the way to the left end and unlatched the right hand pivot. I instinctively held down on the front way tube to keep it from raising on its own. A very light lift started the tipping and from that point I was holding it back rather than lifting. The lowest possible table top from the floor setting sat up as a shaper would likely be somewhere around 30 to 32 inches... It could be about as high as you would want it up to "way up there".

Of course this was just a quick look and rough measurements with a steel tape held near the units (I couldn't find my micrometer ). I just wanted a ballpark idea. Any setups would all be a little different.

I have my router table set up so I measured the height to which I have it set. As such, I have an unbiased determination as to what I think is the comfortable height for table routing. It seems that this would also apply to the shaping function.

My router table right now is set at 42" above floor level.

Based on your estimates, farmer and my measurement - I would say that the table height of the PowerPro Table (tilt left) will be about right. However, the problem might become one of excessive height. Someone shorter than myself or someone who sits at the router may find this height to be too high.
