Veterans, who are you?

Post by reible »

Hi,

I know we must have a fair number of veterans here and I'd be interested in hearing from you.... perhaps a posting something like this:

Army (69-71) 63rd IPCT/23 Inf. Div.(Americal) Vietnam 70-71 Dog handler

Or give what ever information you want...

Richard Wagner - US Air Force, 1958 - 1979 - Keesler AFB, MS; 716 Radar Sqdn, Kalispell AFS, MT; Ascension Island, So Atlantic; 801st Radar Sqdn, Spokan Wa; 803 Comm Sqdn, Tucson, AZ; Headquarters SAC. Did repeats at couple of these and retired.

This is a day that makes me proud but at the same time tears at my heart.

Hey, we have the Army, the Navy and the Air Force represented here. Where are the Marines and the US Coast Guard. I know we have several of you guys out there.

8th Corporal Ralph Livingston, Eighth Iowa Volunteer Cavalry 1863 - 1865. Atlanta Campaign with the first Cavalry Division Army of the Cumberland. Survivor of Andersonville and Florence prisons.

I'm not trying to be funny. He was my great-grandfather and namesake, and I am appropriately honoring and remembering him today.
