FINALLY got to test the bandsaw with PowerPro

The wife asked me to build a "cat" table so the cats could lounge there at window height to look out the window while in the office with her.

I'm pleased to say the bandsaw worked perfectly with the PowerPro.

Well, I'm not sure what to say. I used Sketch-Up to design it.
All the joints are mortise and tenon joints. The top and bottom shelves are connected with pocket holes (Kreg jig).
The back and sides on the top were the big "screw up" of the project. I didn't do that part in Sketch-Up. But I knew in my mind that I wanted to route the edges with a round-over bit and tape the two sides together to cut a flowing curve using the bandsaw.
So at the end, when the time came to assemble that part, my mind was a total blank and I simply cut the three pieces to length and glued and clamped them on after mitering the corners. An hour later over coffee it dawned on me that I didn't do the routing or cut the curves with the bandsaw. So I cut a template on the bandsaw with scrap wood and then cut the curves by hand. Needless to say, I am less than happy with that result. But hey.....the thing is only something for the cats to climb on and look out the window
