Are you sure re the two bearing quill? What is the sn? The table tubes are 1" od. The support tubes go high on e-bay.
Re: craftsman thingy:
Is that a miter slot 'bar' or t slot slide on the bottom? It may be a tenon jig that fits into a t slot on the side of a fence. Do not have a clue re the small piece, but I think it may fit into the 'slot'.

Craftsman jig

Here's a pic showing the bottom of it, and without the end cap which shows the extrusion pattern. The small wingnut bolt has a long square shank that makes it fit into this perfectly except the length indicates this bolt should pass thru something and hold it to the middle slot in the bottom. If I ever get a spare minute I'm gonna do some googling on craftsman stuff.

Their history is a bit 'different' from my 'experience'. The poly-v and the 1 1/8hp motor were introduced at the same time - 1962. The rest I have to take their word for. FWIW: To 'clarify' the 'history', Goldies were made from 1960 to 1963 as described, but the early ones were the same as the Greenies. In 1962 the larger motor and poly-v were produced. In 1963 I believe is when production was stopped by Magna-American.

This is an extension for a miter saw. I have one. It mounts to two round bars that can extend to the side. Here is a picture of it in place.
