I once put on my favorite 1/4" blade and commenced to cutting. Had a heck of a time after the first couply inches or so. Stopped and took a close look at the (clogged) blade. Yep, I had picked up the "other" favorite 1/4" blade, the once with 16tpi instead of 3.

(I'm sure glad I don't have an audience.)
