But it is still a super-awesome video!

Love the opening credits printed on boards being ripped!

The neighbor's workshop in the video looks like the workshop featured on the literature of the 50's (http://vintagemachinery.org/pubs/detail.aspx?id=2691).

Tom, WHERE did you get this?

How are you doing the conversion? It almost looks like it's film being projected on a wall being recorded with a video camera?
All those things are more recent thingies!

SUPER SUPER SUPER stuff!

If it's a film, that's great. (In those days of the 50's, color TV was quite new. My dad's TV shop would play Gunsmoke through the showroom window on Sunday nights to attract interest.)

I want to show the next chapter but I don't want to step on anyones toes. I've emailed George Jew (the coordinator of the 16mm film conversion project) to see if he is ok with playing it on youtube via private link but I have not heard back from him. Has anyone had any luck getting a full resolution dvd copy from him?

George used to post regularly on the 10ER yahoo group. However, I have not seen any posts in the last 9 months or so. I hope he is okay.

While we're patiently waiting for more of these films to be posted (hint, hint!), I thought I'd share this:

http://svtplay.se/v/1371063

It's a 1920's era Swedish video showing a pair of wooden clogs being hand made. From pieces of log to wearable clogs. I found it rather fascinating.
