I am thinking of suspending a 3" deep row of drawers under the bench tubes of my second SS510. Lee Valley Tools have the 1", 2" and 3" deep red metal drawers for sale again, although they may be different in some way more than the depth from those used by Ed.

Ed, how did your red drawer units work out....are you still pleased with them? Would you recommend a mix of 1,2 and 3", or just use only a row of four 3"?
I was considering this layout:

I doubt Ed will respond. He has been 'missing' of late.

A little late on a reply, sorry.
Yes I still use them and like them. Well, I like them except for the price. They have worked out well for me and I'm even thinking of yet another storage project for them. They still have free shipping for a few more days but I can't work on the project for months yet and don't want to have to store them that long.
I don't have any 1" ones, just the 2" and 3". When I built my storage box I did do the extra kerf cuts so I can do the swapping of 2 1" for a 2" and have thought of do that for a drawer to store some paper and pencils like things in and another for some other handy items that are better off in smaller places.
A layout of drawers is more of a personal choice as to what you want to put in them. So long as you do all the kerfs you can then move them about or even swap them out. It is a nice flexible solution.

SS accessory storage
I had this rolling cart from a tech business that shut down a few years ago. It's been put to good use now.

I really like that idea of storage trys under the way tubs. It really is extra space anyway, so why not put it to good use. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
When I first saw the pictures, my first thought was to ask about the red trays. But, I see they were puchased from Lee Valley. I bet they can be reprodced though. They don't appear to be that complicated
