OK, two small problems, at least small in size but one is pretty huge in effect.
RE: Biscuit joiner - I'm missing one of the pins, part no. 515465. I've thought about just grinding my own.
RE: Jointer - Here's the kicker one. Somehow, somewhere, during the refurb I am now missing the 1/4 x 7/8" dowel pin, part no. 506721, that locks the fence. Obviously, one cannot joint wood with a wobbling fence (well, this "one" won't).
I'm sure I can call the office and get these, but suspect the shipping would be more than the parts. Can't think of anything else I really need right now (except maybe a PowerPro headstock, but that seems a bit much just to justify the shipping and handling, HA)
Ideas? Solutions?? Parts???

A couple of shots in the dark. For the biscuit joiner, can you use the pin from a drafting compass? For the dowel pin can you find a 1/4" carriage bolt with 7/8" of unthreaded bolt or an old 1/4" twist drill bit. There are all kinds of 1/4" round stock out there. I need to go out and try again, but I thought about drill bits. Seems like a true 1/4" was a bit big. I bought a 1/4" roll pin, thinking I could squeeze it a bit along the slot, but still couldn't get that to fit. I need to go out to the shop tonight and try these ideas and pull the other pin in the biscuit joiner and do some measuring.
(EDIT) You were right. Found an old 1/4" bit that fits fine, just have to cut it off, grind it down to length and I'll be in business there. I think I can make a pin from a smaller drill bit, another cut and some careful grinding. Now, if I could just figure a good way to set my Delta planer blades without a gauge.

Update
Well, two more things fixed. I cut the end off a 1/4" drill bit for the 7/8" dowel in the jointer and it works great. Cut a piece off a smaller bit for the 2nd pin in the biscuit joiner, ground a point onto it and I think that will work find as well.
I think that has all my accessories back to functional. All the wood is up out of the floor and onto the new rack. The sheet goods have even found a place to stand that is out of the way but accessible. Need to start making something. Oh, yeah, need to build a couple of BIG scrap boxes on wheels to deal with the last of the clutter.
