Christopher Schwarz Leaving Popular Woodworking job

The news kinda sucks but happy for him. About a month ago I got to spend a Saturday afternoon with him in the Popular Woodworking shop.

Thanks for the post Cinci. Chris Schwarz is a unique editor. My son and I really enjoyed being on the front row of his classes at the WIA.

I also met Steve Shannesy last October. He is a real sharp guy and I'm sure the editors position is in good hands.

I never cared for Popular Woodworking mag, to me it seemed like it printed yesterday's news.

I know many have said how great a guy the editor was and that he was a terrific craftsman, I don't know I never met him.

I will now start watching PW to see if and how it might change in the future. Who knows I might even become a subscriber.
