Can anyone tell me what this is?

Can anyone tell me what this is?

I recently scored a bunch of new accessories, and this was included in the lot. Does anyone know what it is? I couldn't figure out how to upload the picture, so I just put a picture of it on the link below. Let me know, thanks!

Universal lathe tool rest.....there should be an aluminum bar with two holes and two long socket head screws. These are used to mount it on the Shopsmith's carriage. I have used it on a 500, 520 and a 10ER. A lot of beef and lots of adjustments.
