Shopsmith Sharpening Guide

Does anyone know where I can find instructions on useing the Shopsmith Sharpening Guide. I found one in the parts that came with my SS and would like to give it a try.

one of the sawdust session by Nick shows you how to use it. I picked up on in a box of items and that was how I found out how to use it. For me it works.
