Rotary Planer Head

Some time ago I was given a rusty 10/10ER with a box of parts/pieces. The 10ER is still rusty, but I've adapted some of the items to my 510. However, I don't know what to make of the "rotary planer head"(?). It has a two part aluminum body about three inches in diameter with three evil-looking cutters on the end (like an end mill). It mounts on the arbor like any other tool does. I'm not sure how to use it, but think it may be used in drill press mode to bevel the edges of raised panels for doors. I had one similar to it for my Craftsman radial arm saw, but never used it.

Does anyone have instructions for sharpening/setting the cutters, how to dissamble/reassemble it, and how it should be used?

I'm an owner and user. If you decided to get it working again I think you will like it. My brother had one for his craftsman radial arm saw but never used it, gave it to me, couldn't use it as is so I got a set of new cutters out of the deal.

It's not a Safe-T-Planer. Probably sold by Magna or early Shopsmith. See pictures I added to initial post.
