Haven't made a bowl in over 20 years, did a segmented one and made a couple of bangles with the waste.
couple of small errors, but over all I am pleased

Great project! It turned out beautiful.
I have always wanted to try segmented work but have hever seen anyone actually do it in person.
Any good starting spot for instructions on how to get started? especially the layouts.
1984 Mark V 500 and an early 1954 greenie. jointer, belt sander, bandsaw, jigsaw, planner.

the bowl is about 7 inches wide and 3 inches deep.
I used black walnut and I believe oak.
I used what I had on hand, I originally wanted it larger, but didn't have the wood.
I follow a video for making it, and I followed it pretty close as I didn't want to screw it up.
