INTRO: Howdy from NorCal

Post by theshooter »

Hi Folks,
I just picked up a ShopSmith ER with ALL the accessories for $125!!! It runs great far as I can tell.

Just wanted to say HI to everyone and also see if anyone has a PDF of the manual for this machine? I have searched quite a bit and not able to find one, so if you've got one, or know where one is, please advise.

Happy Woodworking!

Howdy NORCAL, Greetings from So CAl, formerly from NorCal, Santa Cruz.
This is a link to the best printable manual I have stumbled across so far.
It reproduces real well.
I just got done doing one for on of my 5 10E and ER machines. They're addictive be careful!

Well, if you've got a vintage piece of machinery, look here for all sort of info, including manuals...

Jim, first WELCOME!!

Second, where in NorCal? I grew up in Sunnyvale.

Third, check out the Yahoo 10ER group. Skip, the owner posts here every so often. They (we) have a whole section on E and ER stuff.

Another source, (Skip or whoever, correct me if I shouldn't post this) sign into Gmail with these criteria.

Username, 10ERusers
password, castiron

That will get you to our files on everything. Manuals for just about any single thing you might even try to use on an E or ER.

Do NOT delete ANYTHING!! Download anything you want.
