Dusty, could you please provide dimensions of the front plate and the wedges? I would like to replicate your rack.
Thanks, Hank

I had this one done for the sanding disks. I'll post it so that you can let me know if it answers your questions. If not, I'll do what I can to clear up the confusion. I violate a lot of engineering protocol when I do these but ....well hope it helps.
Word of caution: The conical disks are deeper than are the flat disks. For that reason, the front panel gets mounted a bit different to provide the required rear clearance.

And the wedges?dusty wrote:hjlssfor1 here is the one for Saw Blades with Arbors.
I hope these work for you. You can see how I am using them in the previous photos.

These items (blades with arbors and the sanding disks with arbors) are heavy. Make certain that your glue joints are good. A fall from the wall would do NO GOOD for your saw blades or the disks.
There is a missing dimension! The wedges are set in from the sides 1".
were also ignored. They are the same as those used with the sanding disks (detailed in the previous post).JPG40504 wrote:And the wedges?
The windows are just a little bit further apart than 14" but yes, that is what dictated the width.JPG40504 wrote:And 14" is what fits between yer port holes.
There are times when I would like to move mine but they are anchored firmly to that brick wall.Lodgepole wrote:Dusty,
Thanks for the info. Iam planning on building the storage cabinet featured on the Woodsmith website. It uses a pegboard back and 2 sliding pegboard doors. I'll put "L" hooks on the back of the saw blade and sanding disk racks. That way I can move these racks around whenever I feel the need to reorganize.
