BS blade bearings & Noise

I'm away from the home computer so I can't locate my part-numbers right now, but lately I've been running fairly quiet BS bearings for several weeks :) . What I'm using are:

* For the double-bearing set near the tension-adjuster, I've got 2 Fafnir bearings, OEM style. It takes a good deal of patience to get these adjusted so they are exactly parallel with the blade path.

* For the upper & lower bearings near the "cutting action" I finally found aftermarket (VXB I think) bearings via a link from a knowledgable poster on this forum. They are the "fat" bearings like the OEM size, but they're rubber-shielded rather than metal-shielded.

Don't have nearly enough bandsaw experience to pretend I'm some sort of expert on them. That said, I have noticed my blade doesn't deflect until I start feeding the wood (or whatever) too fast. The faster I push, the more the blade deflects.

Don't push, feed it in. Let the blade do the work.
