I can turn it on and off with the switch as it is. I'll not spend that kind of money for a new switch until this one fails. I may buy a switch earlier than that if I have a pending order (and money) but it won't get installed until this one fails completely.

I might even glue the part in place if that will keep the thing running.

I have a planer ect ect that would love to meet your power station. If in need or a purchaser, do let me know. Never any for sale here.

Do understand the speed and power limitations.

3/4 hp with an 850 to 3850 rpm range.

The planer power stand has a 1 3/4 hp motor and is 'pulleyed' so the planer head exceeds 5000 rpm.

I find it lacking when powering the jointer(slow).

For most other spt's it works quite well. 'They' do not require as much hp.

Also understand it weighs 73 #.

So unless a southeastern trip is in yer future, it ain't gonna happen.;)

I see, it would be great for the beltsander. I'm curious what shipping would cost. I will check at work tomorrow 73lb- Kent to Boi
