Gross fact...

Squatting vs. sitting opens the pelvis about 15% more. There is a strong correlation between the height of the toilet and incidence of hemorrhoids...

Probably an inverse relationship but I guess it would depend on if the material is stressful :D

I assume you were referring to the reading material being stressful, not the more relevant material!

If that's the case, you should change your reading material to the back of a metamucil can.
