I found that True Value hardware stores can order it if they don't already and in my area they are cheaper than anyone else at about $21 a gallon, Northern Tool also has it in 5 gallon containers for about $75 .

If you don't have a Harbor Freight or other local source for it, you can always fall back on Amazon, which sure enough carries it in all sizes from 32oz to 5-gallon:

I wasn't surprised to see that only the quart container is eligible for Amazon Prime...

In NoDak you may find Metal Rescue in gallon jugs at Menards. Pretty sure it is similar to Evoporust. I have to imagine there are Menards in some of the larger cities. Also, I'm sure you can find it or something similar at a farm store (MIlls, Blaine's, Tractor, etc.).
