how about a 12 " jointer on your existing machine?

Well, 12" is an exaggeration, but I am in the process of building a jointer sled for the planer that will be 10" wide. The idea is from FWW issue 175 (someone on this forum reminded me of that - Thanks). I thought to try this since I could not possibly (any more) lift a 6 " jointer - sorry Bill, but thanks for the suggestion.

I will post pictures as it progresses.

I wanted to use some of the green rubbery stuff on the Grrr-ripper tools, but unfortunately it is molded directly on to the tools.
