My GFCIs are at least two decades old. I'll try the hospital grade and report back.

I have noticed that GFIs are available in both 15 and 20 amp. That might make a difference.

All of my breakers are at least 20A, so I ordered a 20A, Hospital Grade GFCI. When it arrives and I get it installed, I'll report back.

Just a side note. I have been running my PP on a dedicated 20 amp GFCI receptacle ever since I owned it. The receptacle was installed by the contractor that the developer hired to do the work. The GFCI was intended to charge a golf cart and had no other receptacles on the circuit.
Recently I added more convenient outlets to this GFCI and I still have had NO problems associated with this configuration.
However I found out that the PP does indeed radiate a fair amount of EMI when either of the vehicles are in close proximity to the garage and the radios are tuned to an AM station.

I installed the 20A, Hospital Grade GFCI today, and the EVS DC Motor no longer trips the GFCI. The PowerPro doesn't trip it either, but it didn't trip the original.
I ran both motors through their speed ranges, but I didn't have time to try them under load. I will report if things change.
Problem solved for now, so thanks for the suggestions.
