That is actually pretty slick TDorey; hope you don't have a patent on that setup because I see another insert for my Greenie in my near future!

its ok, trying to figure out how to make a closer insert for it.

One nice thing about it is, the carriage also presses on the base of the router making it firmly in place. I had a hard time finding metric screws for the Dewalt router that were also counter sinkable.

I guess I could make an insert form wood as well.
