As JPG says, it’s all in the context; e.g., BS (POTUS press conference), MS (more of the same), WTF (Whiskey Tango Foxtrot – listener’s response to POTUS), TS (POTUS’s response to criticism), BFF (Big Fat Friend – at least here in the third most obese state in the US and finally US (that be us who are all becoming BFFs).

Spent some time in SAC as a BUFF crew chief. BUFF not quite the same as BFF, but close.

Greenie, Grayling, SS stand alone BS and BS SPT, jointer and belt sander, 3 Ers with Speed Changers. I think those 3 cover my ER needs, and space for them. :)
