I misunderstood. I thought you were making reference to a twisted table.

Yes, twisted way tubes (not parallel in the horizontal plane) would cause the problem of non interchangeability of the extension tables. That is part of the reason I invested in the double tilt castings. They are identical and they make it much easier to assemble while ascertaining that needed parallelism.

The jury is still out but I believe the double tilt makes interchangeable extension tables possible.

Thank you for the kind words; however, I wish I was really good with Sketchup. There are many, many things that can be done with Sketchup that I have not yet mastered.

I have never been good at reading, comprehending and following written instructions; therefore, I learn most things by trial and error. Thus, learning Sketchup has been a time consuming process for me. During the time that I was on "shop restriction" my Sketchup proficiency did improve.
