How are you chucking up your blank? Are you using a 4-jaw chuck, or a bottle-stopper mandrel, or something else? Are you using a live or dead center on the opposite end or are you turning it free ended?

Easiest file help I can relay is make sure that the file is a .jpg image not larger than 800 x 600 in size.

If resizing your image is the issue, it is simple to change if open the image Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Click on edit picture, resize on the right and select custom width and height. Manually enter 800 and 600, hit ok, save and upload.

Vibration is gone after tightening the way tubes. great info.
I havent tried loading any more pics been out straight on fall projects.
this is a great site I would be lost for info with out all of your help!!
