I just checked my current stock of 510 fences. There are five fences and all have been drilled and pinned. I wonder if you guys without the pins got a couple of 'Monday' fences.

Thanks guys at least now I know I am not crazy... they made some without the locking pin.

If I had this problem and I lived that close to the solution (Dayton), I would carry it to Shopsmith and ask for some one-on-one customer service. Especially since you are the original owner and the lifetime warranty does seem to apply.
