I just bought a pair of bearings on ebay for this live center. They were $7.47 w/ free shipping. You can get one for about half that as well. If anyone's interested, the # is: 6201-ZZ ABEC3
Size is: 12 x 32 x 10mm. About 5-10 minutes of putzing to install.
My dad's 1951 10er, 2 more 10er's, same vintage, a Goldie MK5, a 510 shortie with 34inch tubes, bandsaw, jointer, jigsaw, belt sander, a ton of small SS goodies and still looking...you just can't have enough Shopsmith stuff

Since Tom has brought it up I took my live center apart today so I could see what it looks like inside. Thought I'd share it with you.
