You are most welcome.
Assembly is pretty much straight forward EXCEPT for the front panels that hold the conical disks. Pre-fit those before you permanently attach to the wedges.
BTW: I wish I had made mine to facilitate more disks than I have.

When I built my workbench along a wall I added some built drawers below it. I made a wide but shallow drawer so I could lay my sanding disks and saw blades flat in the drawer. I also lay my paper sanding disks on the bottom of the drawer, putting the metal sanding disks on top of them, keeping them flat.

Great idea but I have used up all my floor space, that is why I need this to be a cabinet. But I guess I could incorporate a drawer in the cabinet.
I was hoping for a cheaper method, cost of drawer slides and all.
Dusty's looks good but I don't have the room and I'm afraid of dust/dirt problems with the blades exposed.

Ed- this is what I use. I keep the extra sandpaper on top of the associated disk (velcro, PSA, conical). Hope I attached the picture correctly!

Dusty, thanks for your dimensions. As you can tell from the attached photo, I made some mistakes in building the saw blade rack, but I was in a hurry to get it up. With the saw rack, pegboard, and the under-counter storage area for the 510, I am in much better shape than a week ago.

It looks great and is certainly doing what it was built to do. What we can see of your shop looks great and certainly well organized.

I made two storage items like Dusty's and I find that a quick pass with the dust collector cleans out the compartment just fine. Not a burden.

I see some minor design changes but I don't see any mistakes. I am pleased to see that my approach to this task has been helpful.
