I would say IMHO THE best money you can spend on a used RV is to have a privet RV service do an inspection on ANY RV before you lay down your hard earned dollars. these things are notorious for water leaks and with that comes mold and rot. also look at the age of things like the ammonia fridge as these are also known issues ( fire and leaks ). the best description I heard was it is an earthquake on wheels.

All good comments! Yes, even the snooty replies (although, I won't name, names), I think just about anyone who reads this thread can figure out, just who I am referring too!
I will take note and deploy them, before my purchase.

Indeed, gorgeous country. This property is considered to be Ag-1 Reserve and shares a border to Gamelands, Reserve.

Must be near Marienville and/ or Kane. I spent a lot of time in the Allegheny Nation Forest stayed at Beaver Meadows.
Often drove up 66 through Leeper and Vonwinkle.
Loved loved the area. Rode dirt bikes all through the area. Probably was on every dirt road in the Allegheny Forest at one time or another. We rode pipe lines, power lines and snowmobile trails. We stayed off hiking trails.
Lots of old oil wells running off of natural gas and using hit or miss engines. One hollow we camped in there was a hit or miss with a 12 foot flywheel. When the engined fired the bang muffled in 50 gallon drum of water would echo up the hollow.
Loved the area would be living there if my wife would cooperate.

Pretty close by, Ed
The ANF, now has off road trails and snowmobile trails. You pay a daily or yearly fee and enjoy! The ANF, has over 500,000 acres, of absolute forest beauty, to behold
