I will have to look in my box of ER parts to see if I have any extra knurled head screws. I know I have extra quill feed handles and the knurled head screws that hold the belt cover on. I will let you know if I find any.

If you do, and can part with it, that would be great! How long is the knurled head screw that holds the belt cover on? I received one with my machine that was about 1/2" long, but the threads are messed up on it. I could only find a 3/4" replacement at Lowes and I had to use a few washers with it. But even the 1/2" looks too long to snug down on the pulley cover without a washer or two.

If it helps, a local hardware store here in the LA area claims to have a large selection of hardware -- the claim being that if it's still made, they'll have it (or something along those lines).. They've always had any nuts/bolts/screws I've been looking for over the years.. Anyway, anyone got a photo of one of these -- I could always stop by if I know what it looks like? If you want, you could call too.. Their contact info is :
