Barrister Book Case

Yes, Navy Cop:
Since being limited to a wheel chair for a while, I thought there is no way that I could manhandle a large 6 Ft. case into my home, or even around the shop.
I first constructed the base section, with the cove, then I made the top section with its cove, stacked them together, found the true depth of cabinet shelves, then went to work naking the individual shelves. They are sitting upon each other using biscuits just as guides, no glue.
My first one was sized just to fit mostly library books, but when I found out that my Fine Woodworking magazines would not fit, I had to make the second one. I have it setting in my computer room with all my Wood Working books and magazines in it. I have taken one shelf, to use for display a few of my antique tools, on green felt.
By the way, I sure do like your picture in front of the locomotive. If I had not started already collecting WW tools, I would like to collect old steam Trains.
Thamks for the comeback,
Clement
