It's 9 down on Nick's list.

Top 5 Choices:

Incra Fence system
Fancy dovetails with the Incra system
Lathe duplicator set up and use
Lift assist, including problems that come up and their corrections
Mortise and Tenon

Free Plans for 2 Projects:

Table top with apron, using bisquit cutter and double bar clamps
Jewelry box, using fancy dovetailing

Thanks for the request for opinions. I really appreciate the chance to offer my input.

So…her are my choices for the Top 5 Sawdust Session Subjects:

1. Cove Cutting/Making Crown Molding.
I have combined two subjects into one because it seems like a natural fit. As part of this Session, I would like to see some kind of jig that would permit cutting the miter in the crown molding without having to tilt the sawtable.
2. Setting Up and Using the Molder
3. Making Mortises and Tenons
4. Dovetails
5. Clamping Methods

And for the Free Plans “wish list”:

1. Outfeed Table (one that is adaptable to the 500)
2. Making a Table Top (how about a trestle-style dining table?)

I didn't know that we could also register our requests for "free plans". I have many but I'll try not to be too greedy.

I'd just like to see the details of Nick's "Tilting Outfeed Table" complete with a list of parts that must be purchased to replicate it.

I've created a kludge of my own that works (sorta) but I'd like to see one that really works with no glitches and never ending customer service if it does.

As far as techniques and procedures to be aired on the Sawdust Sessions - I can't keep up with all of the new ideas that are already being posted so I'll just wait and see what Drew and Nick come up with. I haven't been bored yet.

Don't put this down as a vote but I think it was once or twice mentioned that a factory tour would be nice.
