Incra Miter Sled 5000

Ed thanks for the description and great picture. One small point I haven't heard suggested here relates to the right side of the picture. Please note the track has no table along the right side edge. Yet that strip of track is identical to the left side including being drilled and tapped. When I had issues with assembling my 5000 the folks at Incra reminded me to NOT discard the piece of the table I cut off of the left side of main sled table. I set up my fence and blade and cut the one side of the dado then drilled the holes to add that (waste) strip to the right side thus enhancing the with and stability of the 5000 sled. True I did take a screw to the local hardware to match the machine screws from the table. fjimp:D
