I have one that is a 5/8", I think it's the molder arbor, I can use it with the dado set?
I don't know why but I was thinking that it was different from one I would use for a saw blade or dado set. Am I correct in assuming that I was wrong? That would be good since I won't have to buy a new arbor (the free dado set that way stays free):D

Since the stack dado width will vary, the spacerS are used to position the blade out towards the 'nut'. Trunion clearance is the 'issue'.(and blade guard)

To be used safely, you also need a table insert that has a cutout wide enough for the dado blades.
