Some basic garden boxes out of Cedar for the back yard. Nothing too fancy here.
It was my first chance to use the powerpro headstock. That was super nice since the dados took some power. The headstock ended up dropping from 3450 rpm down to as low as 2200 or so, but kept on going without a problem. I know with a standard headstock that would have tripped my breaker in the past.

Here's my latest....
It started with some jig-experiments on the OPR station:

After some fits and starts, including a new bandsaw blade for resawing, I got a box assembled. The original board-grain orientations weren't optimal for the sturdiest "fingers" on the box joints, but once it was glued together then *all* the joints were long-grain-exposed, so it was a breeze to level them with a block plane. Now it's all of a piece and pretty neat (you never know until the end!).

That's something I need to do for my wife (Terri) as well. I made her a pressure treated wood raised garden and I choked on the cost of materials. Trex is worse. How does cedar fall in there for price?
I see you are in HVAC, don't recognize the brand of ac unit, and your condensate is run out a ways (drainage maybe). 29 years...this is what I see when I look at the pics.

I just slide on past the AC but my eye gets snagged on stuff like that base behind the project in picture 3 which I'm guessing might support a grinder. It has the look of a rear axle housing like from a Model A Ford or close. Then again I think some new tool stands looked like that as well.
