Found this on you tube. The video shows paperwork like it was original accessory but I have never seen one.
Is it original or an homemade aftermarket item.?

This is an aftermarket accessory developed and sold by a fellow that hangs out on the Yahoo 10ER users group. His userid over there is intakexhaust2. He did a fantastic job on the extension and the documentation. He also has an outfeed set up for the 10er that he is selling.
